Initiate Your Return
Log in to your account and navigate to your order history to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Pack Your Gear
Securely pack the electronics in their original manufacturer packaging, including all manuals, cables, and power supplies, to prevent damage during transit.
Ship to Service Centre
Affix the provided return label to the outside of the box and drop it off at an authorized courier point; we recommend using a tracked service for high-value synthesizers and workstations.
Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians verify the condition of the hardware, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
